We love our guests and sincerely believe in the old phrase, “the more the merrier,” and this stunning 6-bedroom, 3-bath property we lovingly call Moose is the perfect example. Designed to comfortably sleep up to 17 guests, this house becomes a home when it is filled to the rafters with happy, laughing people! Also offering multiple seating areas and expansive entertainment options, travelers could spend their entire getaway never leaving the property and not feel as if they missed out, but of course, some forays out into the Poconos are highly recommended! This property is DOG FRIENDLY.
Must Love Comfort
All vacation properties are not created equal, something you will soon discover as you begin to explore the amenities, comfort, and style our Pocono Mountain Rentals Moose home has to offer. Your comfort is our number one priority, and beautiful examples can be seen all around you as the front door opens revealing the treasures within. A spacious kitchen containing updated appliances is open to the rest of the house, assuring whoever is taking on cooking duties will not feel isolated and alone. The oversized granite peninsula ensures there will be plenty of room for all the dishes created! Seating options for dining include a large table surrounded by 10 chairs, overflow seating at the peninsula which fits three more guests, and outside on the wood deck that surrounds the upper area of the property, two full-size picnic tables to be enjoyed on any of our beautiful summer nights!
There are two living areas in this home. The first one is located just steps away from the dining room table and features plush sofas covered in soft fabric, a stone fireplace, and a 55-inch Smart TV hanging over the mantel. This is a great space for relaxing, napping, or watching the big game, but don’t be surprised if the views that are visible from the wall of windows distracts you from it all! The second living space is located downstairs and is also a great entertainment area; a regulation sized pool tables dominates the space behind the soft furnishings. Another large television and stone fireplace make this area one of the most popular spaces in the house.
The bedrooms and bonus loft area are neutral spaces, designed to help guests sleep like babies, and all offer 20-inch Smart TVs for a little mindless channel surfing, but if you find yourselves staying up later and later each night, blame the hot tub tucked away under the deck, and the fire pit out in the yard! Who wants to go to sleep when these entertainment options are available?

Pet Policy:
Renter is permitted up to 2 dogs, any size. Dog (s) must be disclosed up front at the time of inquiry/booking. Dog (s) must be housebroken and must be friendly with other dogs and people. A non-refundable fee of $200 will be due at the time of booking. If we receive complaints of barking/disturbance Pocono Mountain Rentals reserves the right to ask you to remove the dog (s) immediately. Undeclared dogs will be charged $500 and you will be required to vacate the property. Dog (s) MUST be confined to the rental property or on a leash. Dog handlers MUST clean up after their dog (s) on and off the rental property. Guests will be responsible for all damage caused by the pet. Damages caused by the pet will not be included in the damage waiver agreement. Please contact our office immediately after becoming aware of any damage caused by the pet. The pet owner takes full responsibility of all damages and/or injuries to others caused by the pet. By booking this property you are agreeing to the terms and fees associated with bringing an approved dog. We closely monitor all of our properties.
