Bears Lair is a new addition to our portfolio of luxury 6 bedroom Lake Harmony vacation homes. This exceptional brand new custom built lakefront home features a spacious layout with 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, high-end finishes, and laid-back outdoor living in the Poconos with amazing views of Lake Harmony.
Situated only 300 feet to the water’s edge of Lake Harmony and boasting 3780 square feet of living space, Bears Lair is the ultimate lakefront retreat for large families, multiple families vacationing together, or a large group getaway with friends with ample space to relax and unwind together or spread out with privacy. Bears Lair lake house philosophy is “Whatever Floats Your Boat!”
The second level features all you need for family gatherings and feasts. The huge kitchen is fully fitted with all new stainless steel appliances, granite counters, a breakfast bar, and all the kitchen essentials for home cooked meals, and freshly brewed coffee! The extra large dining table seats 16+ guests with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar for meal times. Switch to lake time in the cozy living area complete with a 55” TV and gas fireplace or step outside to a private deck for backyard BBQs, alfresco dining, and sunsets over Lake Harmony.
The lower level of Bears Lair invites you to stay a while and play! The family room features a 75” TV (perfect for fall football games!), pool table, Hot Wheels pinball machine, and a custom bar area with a second TV. Walk outside to an undercover patio, private hot tub, outdoor game area, and open firepit with benches to seat the whole crew. With great local restaurants within walking distance, the luxury amenities of Bears Lair at home, and the shoreline of Lake Harmony steps away – you can play at home and adventure in the Pocono Mountains to your hearts content from Bears Lair, Lake Harmony.
6 Bedroom – 5.5 Bathroom – Sleeps 16 Guests
Bears Lair comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests in 6 spacious bedrooms spread across all three levels. Each guest bedroom features classic log style beds and high quality linens, individual heating and cooling as well as a ceiling fan, personal TVs for in-room entertainment, and toiletry packs with essentials in each bathroom. There’s a laundry room on the lower level for light packing and guest convenience.
Upper Level – 3rd Floor
- Moonlight Master: King bed, private bathroom with walk in shower, 50” TV, views of Lake Harmony.
- Sunrise Suite: King bed, private bathroom with walk in shower, 50” TV, views of Lake Harmony.
- The Deer Den: Queen bed, extra space for an air mattress or pack and play, 50” TV, shares a hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower with Hikers Hideaway.
- Hikers Hideaway: 2 queen beds, 50” TV, shares a hallway bathroom with Deer Den.
Main Level – 2nd Floor
- Kayak Cove: Queen bed, private bathroom with walk in shower, 50” TV.
Lower Level – 1st Floor
- Cubs Cave: Runs the entire width of the home, 5 twin beds, 2 TVs, bean bags, access to the 1st floor bathroom with a tub.
