We had a wonderful stay in Cascade. It was the perfect size house for 11 people. Beds were comfortable and it was very clean. Each room had its own minisplit, which meant we could all sleep in our desired temperature. The surrounding neighborhood and woods were beautiful and peaceful. We did have an issue with internet connection one day, but PMR solved it quickly. They were friendly and efficient. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

Our family weekend at Cascade was wonderful. We really enjoyed the weekend. The house was beautiful and exceeded our expectations….it was spacious and very clean. I loved the proximity to the lake. The kids enjoyed the game area, the hot tub and the fire pit. It was a nice experience and a really nice community. I will definitely plan more trips with PM rentals. The process was smooth and the information sent prior to the trip was very helpful. It was the perfect choice for our family getaway.

We stayed at Gobblers Knoll and the property was amazing. Cleanliness 10/10 and did not need to contact them at all. They sent multiple emails explaining everything and it was just as expected. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a big house for a group of up to 20 people.

Guests staying in Towamensing Trails rentals have access to the community's 190-acre Lake Towamensing, a private pool and beach, volleyball, basketball and tennis courts, a community lounge and restaurant, boat rentals, and a playground. The community also has a marina with seasonal boat access.
Are boats allowed on Lake Towamensing?

Private non-motorized and electric boats are permitted on Lake Towamensing with community registration. Gas-powered boats are not allowed. Row and paddle boats are available to rent seasonally at the community dock.

Pets are generally not permitted at our Towamensing Trails properties, except for certified service animals. Some specific properties may have different policies — please check the individual unit listing for details.

Jim Thorpe is approximately 10–15 minutes by car from Towamensing Trails, making it an easy day trip for dining, boutique shopping, scenic train rides, and whitewater rafting on the Lehigh River.

Our Towamensing Trails rentals range from 3-bedroom homes for smaller groups to 7-bedroom properties that can accommodate up to 18–20 guests comfortably.

Yes. All properties include high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home, managed through AC routers. Network names and passwords are provided at check-in.
What is the minimum age to rent a Towamensing Trails property?

The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Prom and graduation groups are not permitted, even with adult chaperones.

The community pool, beach, and boat rentals are seasonal (typically Memorial Day through Labor Day). The community lounge and restaurant may have limited hours outside of summer. The lake is accessible year-round for fishing and non-motorized water activities.
How many wristbands are included with a Towamensing Trails rental?

Towamensing Trails rentals come with 8 guest wristbands required for beach and community pool access. Additional wristbands are not currently available for purchase, so this should be factored in when planning group size.
