Our large homes can sleep up to 26 people and have gorgeous views of the lake and surrounding mountains. All of our homes have large kitchens and plenty of space for entertaining, including large outdoor seating areas. Take turns manning the stove or keep it simple and grill all your meals on the barbecue on the patio. The living areas in our homes are furnished with comfortable couches that are perfect for flopping and most contain large flat-screen televisions that allow you to watch the big game on a night in. Multiple bedrooms give every guest their own private spaces, also equipped with televisions and some include attached bathrooms. Game rooms with vintage arcade games, poker tables and of course a pool table allow all guests to be entertained at all times of the day or night; show your friends you haven’t lost your edge over a mean game of Pacman! Many of our homes also come with a private hot tub and access to a pool. You and your bachelor party can enjoy drinks at your Poconos vacation home while you play on your private billiards table, set up a friendly game of beach volleyball in your backyard, or barbeque on your patio.

Hit the Barley Creek Brewing Company in Tannersville or enjoy some wings, karaoke, and a turn on the dance floor at Shenanigans in Lake Harmony. The Notch Eight Craft House in Jim Thorpe offers hand-crafted cocktails and lots of meat dishes topped with bacon while the Warrior Grill in Stroudsburg offers bar games, live entertainment, and more of those handcrafted cocktails.
More Nightlife in the Poconos
Have you ever had one of those nights when the music was hot, the beer was cold, and these guys who will be standing up with you on the most important day of your life were standing right alongside you creating the perfect storm? You can experience that feeling again during your Poconos bachelor getaway with a visit to Penn’s Peak in Jim Thorpe! Offering music from all genres and from some of the best bands in the land and a full-service restaurant, you can expect a night that is pretty close to perfect. Black Sabbath is the next amazing group expected to perform at this great venue, with more classic bands and current popular favorites booked throughout the year.
The Sherman Theater in Stroudsburg is another top echelon entertainment spot offering more musical entertainment from more of the best bands in the land; the full bar works as the cherry on the top of a very delicious sundae of fun! Constructed in 1929, its opening show was Laurel & Hardy and today, nearly 100 years later, it still books top acts and is often the site of some very exciting local festivals.
Spend a Day Boating on the Lake
Lake Harmony Watersports offers motorized and non-motorized boat rentals. You can rent a motorboat for your group of friends and rent a wakeboard or a tube for some day-long fun. Or you can just boat around the lake and enjoy the views of the Poconos from the water. If you are looking for something a little less extreme, you can also rent canoes, paddle-boards, and rowboats by the hour.
Play a Round of Golf
Every bachelor party needs a little fun competition, so book a round at the Split Rock Golf Course. The golf course is open during the season Monday – Thursday from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Friday – Sunday from 7 a.m. – 6 p.m. The course includes wetlands, hills, and a pond. During the fall the course is particularly beautiful, as the trees begin to change color. If your group gets hungry, there is also a restaurant on the course. The restaurant is open every day except Tuesday for lunch and dinner.
Enjoy a Dinner
After a day full of adventure and once you retreat to your Pocono Mountain rental, your bachelor party will most likely be hungry. Boulder View Tavern offers fine-dining with views of Big Boulder Lake. The menu features American and pub-style food. Some of their popular dishes include their Angus beef burger and ahi tuna. They also have a full-service bar with craft beer and cocktails. The restaurant has plenty of seating both indoors and on their outdoor patio, so they can accommodate larger groups. It is a good idea to make a reservation ahead of time, as Boulder View Tavern can get busy on the weekends.
Ski the Mountain
