Pier Pressure sits directly on Lake Harmony, with a boat dock off the back deck and floor-to-ceiling windows on the ground floor looking straight out onto the water. Pier Pressure sleeps 20 across seven bedrooms and four full bathrooms in Lake Harmony Estates, built across three floors with the entertainment level at the bottom where it belongs: a full-length bar with beverage refrigerators, shuffleboard, foosball, and a card table, all positioned with the lake as the backdrop. Every restaurant in Lake Harmony Village is under half a mile from the front door.

The Heart of the Home

The ground floor entertainment level is the social engine of the house. The custom bar with two beverage refrigerators anchors the space, with panoramic lake views through oversized windows and doors that open directly to the deck. The game area has a full-size shuffleboard table, foosball, a ring toss set, and a card table. Two en-suite queen bedrooms on this floor give guests who want ground-level access a private option.

The main level one floor up is the kitchen and living hub. A gas fireplace and large LED Smart TV anchor the living area. The chef's kitchen has granite countertops, a breakfast bar, ceramic cooktop, and full appliance suite. The dining table is positioned to make the most of the lake views. Two more queen bedrooms are on this floor. Roku Smart TVs in every bedroom throughout the house.

Outdoor Living

The deck connects directly to the boat dock, making it easy to get onto Lake Harmony on your own schedule. The custom outdoor bar handles drinks during the day. The 8-person hot tub sits steps from the water. The fire pit is set back on the property for evenings that end around a fire rather than on the deck. The surrounding restaurants are close enough to walk; Big Boulder's ski slopes are 6 minutes by car.

A Perfect Day Around Lake Harmony

From Pier Pressure, the lake is already at the back door. Everything else is minutes away:

• On the water: Launch from the boat dock directly onto Lake Harmony; Yeti Watersports (0.5 miles) rents pontoons, jet skis, kayaks, and paddleboards if the group wants more than the dock provides.
• Indoor backup plan: H2OOooh! Indoor Waterpark is a 4-minute drive (1.3 miles); 53,000 sq ft open year-round, the go-to when the weather does not cooperate.
• Ski or snowboard: Big Boulder Ski Resort is a 6-minute drive (2.2 miles); ski slopes are visible from the lake side in winter, close enough for a morning run and back by early afternoon.
• More mountain options: Jack Frost Ski Resort is about 18 minutes (11.8 miles); bigger vertical and more variety for the group that wants a full day on the mountain.
• Easy nature for all ages: Austin T. Blakeslee Natural Area is 12 minutes (6.4 miles); flat creek-side trails that work for every fitness level in a multi-gen group.
• The Boulder Field: Hickory Run State Park is about 20 minutes (10.9 miles); the Boulder Field National Natural Landmark is one of the more memorable natural stops in the Poconos.
• Whitewater: Pocono Whitewater Adventures is about 20 minutes (10.2 miles); half-day rafting on the Lehigh River for groups who want a guided outdoor activity.
• Track day: Pocono Raceway is 12 minutes (5.6 miles); driving experiences and events run year-round.
