This 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom home in Lake Harmony sleeps 21 guests across three floors plus a loft, with two game rooms, two living areas, and four bathrooms that keep the morning rush manageable.

The Heart of the Home

The second floor is the open-plan main level: great room, dining area, and kitchen all flow together under high ceilings, anchored by a see-through stone fireplace that warms both the living and dining sides. A wall of floor-to-ceiling windows pulls light into the space all day. The kitchen is fully equipped with warm wood cabinets, dark granite counters, and a breakfast bar seating 3, so the cook stays in the conversation. Two dining tables seat 8 each, giving the full group of 21 a place to sit down together for meals, cards, or coffee. Every bedroom has its own TV and the smart TVs throughout run Roku, so different parts of the group can settle into their own rhythm.

Outside Living

The second floor deck is set up for al fresco dining with the Weber gas grill ready for the group cook. Steps below, the 6-8 person hot tub sits tucked under the upper deck on the ground-floor patio, covered and private. The fire pit is where the night tends to end, with seating around it and s'mores territory year-round.
Game Rooms Two of them. The first floor game room and TV lounge has a full-size pool table and a large TV for catching the game. The second floor bonus game room adds a foosball table, shuffleboard table, and a poker/games table — enough variety that nobody waits long for a turn.

• Start on the lake: Lake Harmony is half a mile away, with Yeti Watersports renting pontoons, kayaks, and paddleboards on this private glacial lake. For a rain day, Split Rock H2Oooohh! Indoor Waterpark (1.1 mi) packs 53,000 sq. ft. of wave pool and slides under one roof.
• Sand and swim time: Big Boulder Lake & Beach Club (1.3 mi) has a sandy beach, swimming, and boat rentals — an easy half-day for the group.
• Hit the slopes or the trails: Big Boulder Mountain (1.2 mi) is the closest ski and snowboard option and runs a 15-trail high-capacity snow tubing park. Jack Frost Ski Resort (5.4 mi) is the sister mountain with a top-down lodge layout. When the snow melts, Austin T. Blakeslee Natural Area (3.7 mi) has flat trails along Tobyhanna Creek that work for all ages.
• Get on the river: Whitewater Challengers (12.3 mi) runs family-style rafting on the Lehigh River, suitable for kids 5 and up.
• Track day: Pocono Raceway (6.3 mi), the "Tricky Triangle," hosts NASCAR events and offers track tours.
• Boulder Field and waterfalls: Hickory Run State Park (10.1 mi) holds the Boulder Field National Natural Landmark — a flat expanse of ancient rocks — plus Hawk Falls. Worth the drive.
