Big Horn is built for the kind of trip where extended family or several couples show up together and need a home that flexes for everyone. This 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom home in Lake Harmony sleeps 21 guests across three floors plus a loft, with two game rooms, two living areas, and four bathrooms that keep the morning rush manageable.

The Heart of the Home

The second floor is the open-plan main level: great room, dining area, and kitchen all flow together under high ceilings, anchored by a see-through stone fireplace that warms both the living and dining sides. A wall of floor-to-ceiling windows pulls light into the space all day. The kitchen is fully equipped with warm wood cabinets, dark granite counters, and a breakfast bar seating three, so the cook stays in the conversation. Two dining tables seat 8 each, giving the full group of 21 a place to sit down together. Every bedroom has its own TV and the Smart TVs throughout run Roku.

Two game rooms: the first floor game room and TV lounge has a full-size pool table and a large TV for catching the game. The second floor bonus game room adds a foosball table, shuffleboard table, and a poker and games table; enough variety that nobody waits long for a turn.

Outdoor Living

The second floor deck is set up for outdoor dining with the Weber gas grill ready for the group cook. Steps below, the 6-to-8 person hot tub sits tucked under the upper deck on the ground-floor patio, covered and private. The fire pit is where the night tends to end, with seating around it year-round.

A Perfect Day Around Lake Harmony

From Big Horn, the Poconos open up in every direction:

• Get on the lake: Lake Harmony is half a mile away; Yeti Watersports rents pontoons, kayaks, and paddleboards on this private glacial lake. 
• Indoor backup plan: H2OOooh! Indoor Waterpark at Split Rock (1.1 miles) packs 53,000 sq ft of slides and wave pool under one roof; the go-to for rainy days year-round.
• Ski or snow tube: Big Boulder Mountain (1.2 miles) is the closest ski and snow tubing option; Jack Frost Ski Resort (5.4 miles) is the sister mountain with a top-down lodge layout and more vertical.
• Easy nature for all ages: Austin T. Blakeslee Natural Area (3.7 miles) has flat trails along Tobyhanna Creek that work for every age and fitness level in the group.
• Whitewater: Whitewater Challengers (12.3 miles) runs family-style rafting on the Lehigh River, suitable for kids 5 and up.
• The Boulder Field: Hickory Run State Park (10.1 miles) holds the Boulder Field National Natural Landmark plus the Hawk Falls trail; worth the drive for an active half-day.
• Track day: Pocono Raceway (6.3 miles) hosts NASCAR events and track tours through the season.
• A day trip worth it: The Lehigh Gorge Scenic Railway in Jim Thorpe (18.6 miles) runs vintage trains through the gorge; fully accessible and one of the better group day trips in the Poconos.
