The house was perfect for our 12 adult group/6 couples. There was an extra bedroom and loft area. The house is well-equipped in the kitchen and bedding/bathroom areas. You could pretty much bring food and drink and be set. Hot tub was great. Easily fit 6. The fire pit was amazingly low smoke to no smoke, no smell. It was large and we burned a ton of wood outside. There are four bench seats at the fire pit, comfortably seating 12.
