Our large homes are fully furnished and can sleep up to 26 people, depending on which home you choose. All of our homes have large spaces both indoors and outdoors for entertaining, making our rentals the perfect location to host your retreat. If the weather is nice you can host a barbeque for your group. All of our vacation rentals near Poconos have outdoor seating areas and many of them also have space to set up a game of beach volleyball.
As our rental houses have multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, you can stay comfortably with a large group. You can find amenities like high-speed internet access, electronic appliances, parking spaces, and flat screen television. Do not worry about packing lot of clothes, as the in-unit washer and dryer are useful for your laundry requirements. We offer full bars (you provide the alcohol) in some, entire home sound systems in most, and one of our homes even comes with its own phone booth; explaining the purpose to some of your younger co-renters may prove to be amusing!
Large groups require numerous bedrooms and bathrooms, and the ones you choose will fit your party just right. Our bedrooms are quite roomy, and you’ll find different bed combinations in each room. Some will hold a single queen, but others will offer queen and single beds, two single beds, or even in some cases a single bed and bunks. Bathrooms are important rooms that are rarely talked about, but with a large group, they can become even more important. More bathrooms mean fewer traffic jams in the morning, and some of our largest homes offer as many as seven spacious and spa-like spaces. Featuring stand-alone soaking or jetted tubs and separate showers or tub/shower combinations in beautifully designed rooms, no one will blame you if you’re tempted to spend a little more time in the rooms! Spend a Day at the Lake
Whatever the occasion for your event, a day at the lake is a great way to bond and relax. The lake has plenty of fun for everyone. Younger kids can splash around in the shallow waters on the edge of the lake and build sandcastles. There are also several stores along the lake where you can rent paddleboats, kayaks, or even a pontoon boat for your whole group. If you’re looking for even more thrill-seeking water activities, you can rent a motorboat to pull wakeboards or tubes around the lake.
The lake is privately owned, but if you book a vacation rental with us, we will provide you passes so you can get access to the lake’s best beaches and swimming areas.
The Pocono Mountains area is a picturesque landscape where you can enjoy lot of fun activities. If you enjoy hiking, you can visit the popular Hickory Run State Park. It is an excellent family-friendly spot where everyone can have a great time. Visitors participate in activities like camping, fishing, hiking, and photography. Visit the relaxing Bushkill falls where you can find eight different waterfalls and long trails for hiking. The Promised Land State Park is another great spot for camping, boating, and hiking.
Take a Trip to the Water Park
If you are visiting the lake during a day when the weather isn’t as nice, you can take your family or group to the H20ooohh Indoor Water Park. The water park is great for all ages as there is a toddler section for younger kids where they can play on floating lily pads and small water slides. For the older kids, there are three four-story waterslides, and for adults, there are hot tubs and a lazy river. The water park also has a concession stand with snacks and a bar for adults.
Dining in the Poconos
If you are looking for a restaurant to take your whole group to dinner, consider the Split Rock Grill. The restaurant has plenty of seating and has a large menu that features American cuisine including baby back ribs, pan-seared salmon, and burgers. They also host buffets four nights a week.
