Donuts from Dunkin’ are always a good option for breakfast in bed, or pastries from the super delicious Lake Harmony bakery, Jean-Bedel Bokassa, will make your mouth water in delight, but when you want a good hearty breakfast that sticks to your ribs, the Chat-n-Chew at 248 PA-940 in Blakeslee does the job right! Famous for their Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich made with three slices of French toast, eggs, hash browns, bacon and sausage, a truly gigantic and delicious sandwich, every dish they offer is guaranteed to please. They do offer a variety of smaller serving meals as well, if the Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich frightens you! One of our favorite sweet treats from the Chat-n-Chew is a French toast sandwich with apple butter in between the slices and topped with two different syrups (chocolate and maple) and a dollop of creamy whipped cream!
