Hilltop Hideaway sits on elevated ground in Lake Harmony Estates, set back into the woods with vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows across the back of the house that frames the tree canopy from the main living area. Hilltop Hideaway sleeps 21 across six bedrooms and three bathrooms, spread across three floors plus a loft, purpose-built for the multi-generational group that wants a wooded retreat close to the water and the slopes.

The Heart of the Home

The open main level puts the kitchen, dining, and living areas together under the vaulted ceiling. The chef's kitchen has high-end stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and custom cabinets stocked with everything a group of 21 needs, plus a breakfast bar with three overflow seats. The dining table handles the full group at one sitting. The stone fireplace anchors the living area with plush seating arranged around it. Roku Smart TVs in every bedroom keep different age groups entertained on their own schedule.

The game room is the natural after-dinner destination: a full-size pool table, a Multicade arcade loaded with games, and a plush sectional sofa set up for the group that is not going to bed yet.

Outdoor Living

The deck has the Weber gas grill and outdoor seating with a wooded view. The private hot tub is steps away. The fire pit anchors the backyard for late-evening gathering when the group wants to be outside. The elevation and tree canopy give the property a quieter, more removed feel than lakefront properties, while the lake and slopes remain a short drive.

From Hilltop Hideaway, the lake, the slopes, and the Pocono backcountry are all within a short drive:

• Get on the water: Lake Harmony Watersports and Yeti Watersports are a 3-minute drive (about 0.8 miles); kayaks, paddleboards, pontoon boats, and jet skis by the hour. Good entry point for every age group in the house.
• Indoor backup plan: H2OOooh! Indoor Waterpark is a 5-minute drive (1.6 miles); open year-round and the reliable fallback on rainy days or cold weekends.
• Ski or snowboard: Big Boulder Ski Resort is about 7 minutes away (2.4 miles); close enough for a morning-only ski day that still leaves the afternoon for the hot tub.
• More mountain options: Jack Frost Ski Resort is about 18 minutes (12 miles); bigger vertical and more terrain variety for the group that wants a full ski day.
• Easy nature for all ages: Austin T. Blakeslee Natural Area is about 10 minutes (4 miles); flat creek-side trails accessible for every fitness level in a multi-gen group.
• The Boulder Field: Hickory Run State Park is about 25 minutes (11 miles); the Boulder Field National Natural Landmark is one of the more memorable easy-to-reach natural features in the Poconos.
• Whitewater: Pocono Whitewater Adventures is about 20 minutes (10 miles); half-day rafting on the Lehigh River for groups who want a structured outdoor activity.
• Track day: Pocono Raceway is about 15 minutes (6 miles); driving experiences, air shows, and events run year-round.
