We had a wonderful stay in Cascade. It was the perfect size house for 11 people. Beds were comfortable and it was very clean. Each room had its own minisplit, which meant we could all sleep in our desired temperature. The surrounding neighborhood and woods were beautiful and peaceful. We did have an issue with internet connection one day, but PMR solved it quickly. They were friendly and efficient. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

Our family weekend at Cascade was wonderful. We really enjoyed the weekend. The house was beautiful and exceeded our expectations….it was spacious and very clean. I loved the proximity to the lake. The kids enjoyed the game area, the hot tub and the fire pit. It was a nice experience and a really nice community. I will definitely plan more trips with PM rentals. The process was smooth and the information sent prior to the trip was very helpful. It was the perfect choice for our family getaway.

Our Split Rock rentals are situated in the Split Rock community near Lake Harmony, PA — within easy walking or driving distance of Split Rock Resort, Big Boulder Ski Area, and Lake Harmony's restaurants and waterfront.
Are Split Rock rentals available year-round?

Yes. Split Rock is a four-season destination. Guests come in winter for skiing and snowboarding at Big Boulder and Jack Frost, in summer for lake activities and hiking, and in fall for the spectacular foliage. Our rentals are available year-round.
Do Split Rock guests have access to the Split Rock Resort amenities?

Split Rock Resort offers pay-as-you-go amenities — including its indoor water park, bowling, arcade, fitness center, and restaurants — that are open to the public. Guests staying in our nearby rentals can access these for a fee charged directly by the resort.
How many guests can your Split Rock rentals accommodate?

Our Split Rock properties range from 4-bedroom homes sleeping up to 14 guests to 6-bedroom lodges accommodating up to 20. Each listing includes a maximum guest count so you can find the right fit for your group.
Are dogs allowed at Split Rock vacation rentals?

Pets are not permitted in our Split Rock and Towamensing rentals, except for certified service animals. If you're traveling with a dog, please explore our dog-friendly rentals in the Lake Harmony area.
Is parking available at the Split Rock rentals?

Yes, all of our Split Rock rentals include on-site parking for your group's vehicles.
How far are the Split Rock rentals from the ski slopes?

Big Boulder Ski Area is approximately 1 mile from the Split Rock area. Jack Frost Mountain is a short drive further. Both resorts are easily reachable within minutes of your rental.
What is the check-in and check-out time for Split Rock rentals?

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests can be submitted up to 48 hours in advance, subject to availability and an additional fee.
Do the Split Rock rentals have Wi-Fi?

Yes. All of our Split Rock vacation rentals include high-speed internet and Wi-Fi throughout the property.
Can I book a Split Rock rental for a large group event like a bachelor party or family reunion?

Absolutely. Our larger Split Rock properties are well-suited for group gatherings. Please note that all guests must be 25 years of age or older to book, and prom or graduation groups are not permitted, even with adult supervision.
