The warmth of the décor in this charming cottage is the first thing you notice when the door swings open and as you follow the path of tile floors leading to rooms filled with happy surprises, you really will wish you could stay longer. Find your way to the kitchen, the heart of the home, filled with updated appliances, custom cabinets, and cool granite countertops perfect for rolling out cookie dough, and imagine the meals that can be created here. Tucked away in the corner is a pub table and chairs that give guests a comfy place to sit and talk while watching the cook make magic.

The dining room, located just steps away, is dominated by a large wood table surrounded by wicker chairs. This is the space that board games will be played, puzzles will be built, and laughter and conversation will take place. In the living room, a fireplace serves dual purposes, keeping you warm on a cool summer night and adding a touch of romance for couples in all stages of their relationship. Challenge your teen to a game of pool in the game room, keeping an eye on the game playing on the television hanging from the wall. Belly up to the bar you’ve stocked with your favorite beverages, or plop down on the plush sofa in the second living space and relax with a good book; the only places more comfortable in this home are the bedrooms where you will spend approximately a third of your trip!

Pet Policy:  

Renter is permitted up to 2 dogs, any size.  Dog (s) must be disclosed up front at the time of inquiry/booking.   Dog (s) must be housebroken and must be friendly with other dogs and people.  A non-refundable fee of $200 will be due at the time of booking.  If we receive complaints of barking/disturbance Pocono Mountain Rentals reserves the right to ask you to remove the dog (s) immediately.  Undeclared dogs will be charged $500 and you will be required to vacate the property.  Dog (s) MUST be confined to the rental property or on a leash.  Dog handlers MUST clean up after their dog (s) on and off the rental property. Guests will be responsible for all damage caused by the pet. Damages caused by the pet will not be included in the damage waiver agreement. Please contact our office immediately after becoming aware of any damage caused by the pet. The pet owner takes full responsibility of all damages and/or injuries to others caused by the pet. By booking this property you are agreeing to the terms and fees associated with bringing an approved dog.  We closely monitor all of our properties.
