First, the unrivaled FUN and features that await at Lake Front Livin’! Entertainment options include a whole house sound system and a 1st-floor games room featuring a shuffleboard table, pool table, Tornado Tournament 2000 Foosball, Arcade Legends 3, two large sofas surrounding a Smart TV, and a game room bar and beverage fridge. This space sets the tone for fun, friendly, competitive games, and chilled downtime.
Step out to your own private lakefront paradise – a covered patio with a picnic table and hot tub extends to a sandy backyard on the lake with a private dock, kayaks and canoes to paddle, shallow waters for safe swimming, complimentary kayaks and canoes for adventures from home, and a fairy-lit firepit right by the shoreline! Another private chill zone in paradise!
Loads of Living Space for Large Groups!
Lake Front Livin’ has loads of living space to accommodate large groups! The 3rd floor boasts a large, open-concept great room with uninterrupted views of Lake Harmony. Here you’ll find comfy chairs and couches around an indoor-outdoor stone fireplace, an extra large dining table with chairs and benches to maximize seating space for meals (and group games!), and a spacious open kitchen fully equipped to cater to a large crowd.
Your modern kitchen amenities include two fridges, two ovens, two dishwashers, full sets of cookware and dishware, basic kitchen essentials, granite counters with bar stool seating, and Keurig and drip coffee to start your day the right way, with a coffee and sunrise from the deck.
Socializing seamlessly spills from the great room to the expansive wraparound deck with stairs leading to the lawn and lake. Aside from morning coffees and spectacular sunrises, this space is perfect for basking in the sun, barbeques and alfresco dinner parties, or warming up by the outdoor fire with a hot cup of cocoa!
Sleep in Style
As the sun sets, retreat to one of 8 tranquil bedrooms with log beds, luxury linens, ceiling fans, and Smart TVs in every bedroom. Lake Front Livin’ features two guest rooms off the games room on the 1st floor, two guest rooms on the 3rd floor, and 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor with two ensuite king bedrooms with deck access and private bathrooms. An on-site laundry adds extra convenience for a large crowd.

In less than half a mile you can tuck into a real country breakfast at Piggy’s Restaurant, enjoy waterfront dining at Nick’s Lake House or Lake View Tavern, hit happy hour at Shenanigans, or indulge in fine dining at Louie’s Prime Steakhouse. Renter is permitted up to 2 dogs, any size. Dog (s) must be disclosed up front at the time of inquiry/booking. Dog (s) must be housebroken and must be friendly with other dogs and people. A non-refundable fee of $200 will be due at the time of booking. If we receive complaints of barking/disturbance Pocono Mountain Rentals reserves the right to ask you to remove the dog (s) immediately. Undeclared dogs will be charged $500 and you will be required to vacate the property. Dog (s) MUST be confined to the rental property or on a leash. Dog handlers MUST clean up after their dog (s) on and off the rental property. Guests will be responsible for all damage caused by the pet. Damages caused by the pet will not be included in the damage waiver agreement. Please contact our office immediately after becoming aware of any damage caused by the pet. The pet owner takes full responsibility of all damages and/or injuries to others caused by the pet. By booking this property you are agreeing to the terms and fees associated with bringing an approved dog. We closely monitor all of our properties.
