The Sycamore Lodge is a marvelous home situated at the end of an 800 ft private lane in a picturesque cul-de-sac in Albrightsville, Pennsylvania. The Sycamore Lodge was newly renovated in 2011. It is a 3 story, 3600 square foot house that has a total of 7 bedrooms (one on the 3rd floor with it's own private 100 sq ft deck/balcony) and 3 full baths.

The house is perfect for groups and is layed out to accommodate family gatherings and family fun.  Please see the amenity list above for all the amenites included.  Do not forget to visit the Area Attractions section for a complete list of all the great things to see and do in the Poconos. 

The Sycamore Lodge has a large game room with a pool table, a 42 " big screen LCD TV with a DVD player and a CD player on the first floor.  Located on the second floor is the enourmous great room that has a cathedral ceiling, a 42" big screen LCD TV with a DVD player. Through the double French doors off the great room is the 400 sq ft private Bonus/Dining area with a solid wood table and seating for 10-16 people as well as a 40" big screen LCD TV and DVD player.  The modern kitchen is perfect for cooking for any size family with its spacious countertop and breakfast bar which seats 3. It has a large refrigerator, a ceramic cook top stove & oven, and an over-the-range microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basic cookware.

The outside of the home boasts 400 square foot of raised deck.  A Weber gas grill and deck furniture is located on the deck for grilling.

Located a mere 400 ft from the Towamensing Trails Beach and only 600' to the pool and clubhouse. Your rental also includes access to a 200-acre lake with a beach area, basketball courts, tennis courts and a playground. The home comes with 8 renter wrist bands (no option to purchase additional bands) for the use of these services. The home is a 15 minute drive to Jack Frost Ski Mountain and a 10 minute drive to Big Boulder Ski Resort, which both offer many year round activities including snow tubing, skiing, and paintball. Numerous restaurants, family fun activities, a golf course, horseback riding, rafting, hiking, mountain biking, water park, gambling and shopping are just minutes away. Towamensing Trails is located 90 miles from Philadelphia and New York City.

Your hot tub is professionally serviced and sanitized within 24hrs prior to your check-in.  If you need your hot tub cleaned anytime during your stay,  professional hot tub cleaning is available for $65.00  Please just call our main number at 215-489-3206 and leave a message on the emergency voice mail prompt. Please do not forget to inspect your hot tub upon your arrival.  If you are unsatisfied with the conditon of the hot tub (up until 7pm on the day of your check-in) you can call our office and we will gladly stop by and re-clean and balance the tub at no charge.  Please schedule your arrival times accordingly.  By following the hot tub rules listed in your tenant packet, you will greatly extend the time the hot tub water will remain clean.  

***Summer 2012 Community Pool and Lake/Beach Schedule***

The pool will open June 24, 2012 thru Labor Day.  Beach will open Memorial Day for weekends only and will open full time June 24, 2012 thru Labor Day.

***Trash Disposal Area Schedule***

Trash Disposal Area near the main office (TeePee) of Towamensing Trails is open Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday 7:00am-7:00pm. You must have your vehicle passes in order to dispose of your trash at the dumpster.  If your checkout is on a Tuesday or Thursday, please dispose of your trash the day before your checkout. You may leave up to two bags of trash at the home ONLY if your check out is on a Tuesday or Thursday.  If you attempt to dump your trash at the dumpster without a vehicle pass or when they are closed, a $310.00 fine may be issued.  Extra fees will be charged if any trash is left at the home upon your checkout.
