The Brier Crest Chalet is located in the private community of Brier Crest Woods, Tunkhannock Township, Pennsylvania.   It is a 2 story, 1800 square foot house that has 3 bedrooms, a large loft and 2 full baths.  A family of up to 12 persons can occupy this home.

Located on the 1st floor of our house is our 500 square foot great room that has a 16' cathedral ceiling, a 42" LCD TV with a DVD player and a stone gas fireplace. The modern kitchen is perfect for cooking for large families with it spacious countertop. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basic cookware including a microwave, coffee maker and a toaster. Off of the kitchen is our dining room that has a solid wood table with seating for 8.  Highspeed wireless internet is available.

On the 2nd floor there is a large 12' x 16’ loft that overlooks the great room and has an awesome view of the outdoors through the chalet windows. The loft has pool table and a 32 " TV.  There are 2 additional bedrooms and a full bathroom on the 2nd floor just off of the loft area.

The outside of the home has a 10'x 32’ deck. A gas grill is located on the deck for grilling. We provide outdoor patio furniture and a 6 person hot tub for your enjoyment. 

There is a nice size side and back yard which has an outdoor firepit.  Firewood is not included but is available locally and easy to purchase.

The house is located 5/10 mile to the Beach & Lake.

The home is a 10 minute drive to Big Boulder Ski Resort and a 10 minute drive to Jack Frost Ski Area.   The house is a 10 minute drive to the New H20 indoor water park and the Galleria at Split Rock. The home is minutes from numerous summer and winter activities such as skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing, horseback riding, paintball, hiking, white water rafting, fishing, hunting, mountain biking, shopping, and golf. Briar Crest Woods is located 90 miles from NYC & Philadelphia.

Briar Crest Woods is a private non-powerboat lake that permits fishing, row boats, canoes and sail boats. We are located ½ mile from the beach. Briar Crest has a private sandy beach for your swimming enjoyment.

Your hot tub is professionally serviced and sanitized within 24hrs prior to your check-in.  If you need your hot tub cleaned anytime during your stay,  professional hot tub cleaning is available for $65.00  Please just call our main number at 215-489-3206 and leave a message on the emergency voice mail prompt. Please do not forget to inspect your hot tub upon your arrival.  If you are unsatisfied with the conditon of the hot tub (up until 7pm on the day of your check-in) you can call our office and we will gladly stop by and re-clean and balance the tub at no charge.  Please schedule your arrival times accordingly.  By following the hot tub rules listed in your tenant packet, you will greatly extend the time the hot tub water will remain clean.
