Large, 3-story, mountain chalet located in the private community of Towamensing Trails, Albrightsville, Pennsylvania, a beautiful and serene focal point of the Pocono Mountains. Our home provides a beautiful view of Lake Towamensing from an enormous, furnished, 2nd floor wood deck during the winter months and scenic views of the lush Pocono surroundings in the spring and fall.

The house also features a 6-8 person hot tub, air conditioning, 2 stone wood burning fireplaces, 2 full sized arcade style video games. A 37" LCD TV, a 32" TV anda 27" TV both with DVD players. We offer spacious vacation living with a total of 12 rooms. There are 5 bedrooms, (There is a master bedroom with it's own private bathroom), a large relaxing 3rd floor loft area that overlooks the second floor living room, with both of these areas having vaulted cathedral ceilings. There are 3 full baths, a fully equipped kitchen and a large game room which includes a pool table, Mortal Combat and a Donkey Kong Arcade games (These games are on free play mode). The house accommodates up to 16 people.

Located just 150 yards from the Towamensing Trails Clubhouse, Lake, Pool and Beach. Your rental also includes access to a 200-acre lake with a beach area, basketball courts, tennis courts and a playground. The home comes with 8 renter wrist bands for the use of these services. The home is a 10 minute drive to Jack Frost Ski Mountain and a 6 minute drive to Big Boulder Ski Resort, which both offer many year round activities including snow tubing, skiing, and paintball. Numerous restaurants, family fun activities, a golf course, horseback riding, rafting, hiking, mountain biking, water park, gambling and shopping are just minutes away. Towamensing Trails is located 90 miles from Philadelphia and New York City.

THE LAKE AT TOWAMENSING TRAILS WILL BE LOWERED BY APPROXIMATELY 10' FOR REPAIRS TO THE DAM DURING THE 2009 SUMMER SEASON.  THE BEACH WILL REMAIN OPEN AND ACCESSIBLE FOR BEACH VOLLEYBALL, HORSESHOES, TANNING, SAND CASTLE BUILDING, ETC. THERE WILL BE NO SWIMMING OR BOATING IN THE LAKE THROUGH LABOR DAY WEEKEND.  THE POOL AND THE OTHER AMENITIES WILL REMAIN OPEN.  IF YOU WISH ACCESS TO A LAKE WHERE YOU CAN SWIM, THERE IS ONE LOCATED WITHIN THE HICKORY RUN STATE PARK.  THIS BEACH/LAKE ARE WITHIN A 10 MINUTE DRIVE AND ARE FREE.  FOR MORE INFORMATION, PLEASE CLICK ON THE LINK.
