The Beaver Creek Lodge is situated at the top of the lovely private community of Lake Harmony Estates, Pennsylvania. This house is a 3 story, 3000 square foot entertainment lodge that has 6 bedrooms, a full loft and 3 full baths. This house offers luxurious accommodations and spectacular Winter views of Big Boulder Ski Resort and Boulder Lake.

On the second floor is our great room and sun room that has cathedral ceilings, a see-though stone gas fireplace, tournament poker game table and a 42"' Panasonic Big Screen Plasma TV. The modern kitchen is perfect for cooking with large families and has a spacious granite counter top. It has a side-by-side stainless steel refrigerator with an ice maker, ceramic cook top stove & oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a large breakfast bar with seating for three. The kitchen is fully equiped with all the basic pots/pans/utensils and is attached to the dining room that has a solid wood table with seating for 10. Behind the kitchen is two bedrooms and a full bathroom. On the third floor there are two bedrooms/full bath and a gorgeous 12' loft area that overlooks the great room and has views of Big Boulder Ski Resort. The first floor is a 25'' x 18' game room & entertainment center equiped with a 8' Pool Table, Foosball, Built in Bar, CD player, stone gas fireplace and a sleeper sectional sofa. Two bedrooms and a full bathroom sit behind the game room.

The mountain side of the home boasts a large raised deck that overlooks Big Boulder Ski Resort and Boulder Lake. A Weber gas grill is located on the deck for barbecues and picnics. We provide an 8' picnic table that has seating for 10 people and modern deck chairs. The 6-8 person hot tub is situated outdoors but covered by a roof to shield rain and snow from the tub.

The house is layed out for optimal use by larger families.  Please see the amenity list above for all the amenites included.  Do not forget to visit the Area Attractions section for a complete list of all the great things to see and do in the Poconos. 

The home is a 5 minute drive to Big Boulder Ski Resort and a 10 minute drive to Jack Frost Ski Area.  There are paddle boat rentals available on the lake during the summer season. The house is located 1 mile from the H20 indoor water park and the Galleria at Split Rock. Please go to the Area Attractions link to view. The home is minutes from numerous summer and winter activities such as skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing, horseback riding, paintball, hiking, white water rafting, fishing, hunting, mountain biking, shopping, and golf. Lake Harmony is located 90 miles from NYC & Philadelphia.

Lake Harmony is a private powerboat lake that permits fishing, power boating (If you are bringing your boat, please call our office for a copy of the registration form) , water skiing, sailing and Jet Skiing (There are no jet ski rentals). We are located 1/2 mile from the beach. Lake Harmony has a private sandy beach with a lifeguard, a swimming platform, picnic tables and a beach volleyball court.

Your hot tub is professionally serviced and sanitized within 24hrs prior to your check-in.  If you need your hot tub cleaned anytime during your stay,  professional hot tub cleaning is available for $65.00  Please just call our main number at 215-489-3206 and leave a message on the emergency voice mail prompt. Please do not forget to inspect your hot tub upon your arrival.  If you are unsatisfied with the conditon of the hot tub (up until 7pm on the day of your check-in) you can call our office and we will gladly stop by and re-clean and balance the tub at no charge.  Please schedule your arrival times accordingly.  By following the hot tub rules listed in your tenant packet, you will greatly extend the time the hot tub water will remain clean.
